化地部舊云正地部，亦立有九：一、擇滅；二、非擇滅；三、虛空；四、不動，舊云「無我」，謬也；五、善法真如；六、不善法真如；七、無記法真如；八、道支真如；九、緣起真如。

The Mahīśāsaka school, formerly called the Zhengdi school, also establishes nine: 1. cessation through deliberation; 2. cessation not through deliberation; 3. space; 4. unshakeability (formerly translated as 'non-self', which is erroneous); 5. the tathatā of wholesome phenomena; 6. the tathatā of unwholesome phenomena; 7. the tathatā of indeterminate phenomena; 8. the tathatā of the branches of the path; 9. the tathatā of dependent origination.
