論：有義欲界至究竟故。

[Treatise:] Others say: [From] the kāmadhātu [one first cultivates it; afterwards, born into the rūpadhātu, except in the place where the fruit is experienced, in all other places it can be generated again, because of the utmost culmination of prior cultivation].
