The Commentary states: This refers to all anāsrava views serving as causes for all unconditioned and conditioned phenomena; excluding the cause and effect of views that perfumed themselves into seeds, toward the rest all are this cause. Because causal conditions that induce are subsumed under the inducing cause, they can assist co-arising anāsrava conditioned phenomena to share in what is performed or cause them to increase; therefore, toward subsequent conditioned anāsrava phenomena, they can induce. That is, the preceding induces the subsequent phenomena; "can realize" means serving as a cause for the unconditioned; this reveals the superior result.
