現行種子對者，一切現行若未生起，皆名不成。若生起時，即名成就。二障種子，若未損伏，即名為成。若已斷除，即名不成。若在凡位，體在名成，或有伏者，損伏用故，亦名不成。若在二乘所知種成，菩薩隨應有成、不成。

Regarding the pair of actual manifestation and seed: all actual manifestations, if they have not yet arisen, are called non-accomplished. When they arise, they are called accomplished. The seeds of the two obstacles, if not yet damaged or suppressed, are called accomplished. If already severed and removed, they are called non-accomplished. If one is in the stage of an ordinary person, because the substance exists, they are called accomplished; or if there is suppression, because the function is impaired and suppressed, they are also called non-accomplished. In the two vehicles, the seeds of the cognitive [obstacle] are accomplished; for bodhisattvas, they may be accomplished or non-accomplished as appropriate.
