又解依種,若以翻彼,現成不依種,即不成亦不依,如種成依種立,不成復依何?據體不成,即無體故,二解任情。若自在及種子,體在無能,名為非得,亦依種立。
Yet another explanation is that it relies on the seed: if in inverting that [accomplishment], the actual accomplishment does not rely on the seed, then non-accomplishment also does not rely on it; but just as accomplishment of the seed is established based on the seed, upon what then does non-accomplishment rely? In terms of substance, since it is non-accomplished, it lacks substance. Both explanations may be adopted as one prefers. If mastery and seed exist in substance but lack capacity, it is called non-possession, and is likewise established relying on the seed.
