問：七緣八為我，隨境一界繫。第六緣三界，為我三界繫？答：自地互相增，隨自自地繫。他地不相增，不隨他地繫。

Question: The seventh perceives the eighth as a self, and following its object it is bound to one realm. The sixth perceives the three realms as a self; is it bound to the three realms? Answer: Those of one's own stage mutually reinforce each other, and following one's own they are bound to one's own stage. Those of another stage do not mutually reinforce each other, and do not follow another stage to be bound to it.
