問：若內法異生不放逸者，亦造感總福、不動業，何故《緣起經》上云：「由此道理應知內法諸有學者，不緣無明更造諸行」？

Question: If internal non-negligent pṛthagjanas also create meritorious and immovable karma that produces total [retribution], why does the Pratītyasamutpāda-sūtra say above: "Through this principle, it should be known that followers of the internal doctrine who are in training do not create further formations conditioned by ignorance"?
