釋曰：師子覺釋，本論但依欲界未離欲說。釋論兼據離欲生上及上二界明成不成，此即欲界。

Explanation: In Siṃhabhadra's commentary, the root treatise merely speaks based on not having separated from desire in the desire realm. The commentary additionally relies on separating from desire, being born in higher stages, and the two higher realms to explain possession and non-possession; this refers to the desire realm.
