三問：「量立、量破可名因明，過破、似破應非因明。」答：「是因明類故，或似真俱因明，名略已攝故。」

Third question: "Valid proof and valid refutation may be called hetuvidyā; faulty refutation and fallacious refutation should not be hetuvidyā." Answer: "Because they belong to the class of hetuvidyā; or because both the fallacious and the true are hetuvidyā, the abbreviated name having already subsumed them."
