人我見者，依諸凡夫說有五種。云何為五？一者、聞修多羅說如來法身畢竟寂寞猶如虛空，以不知為破著故，即謂虛空是如來性。

'Regarding the view of a personal self, there are five kinds explained according to ordinary beings. What are the five? First, hearing sūtras state that the Tathāgata's dharmakāya is ultimately quiet and tranquil just like empty space, and because they do not know that this is to break attachments, they immediately take empty space to be the nature of the Tathāgata.'
