二、正釋其相。論　遍照等者，即明此法出離惑染，遂成三輪不思議化也。遍照即意輪鑒機，示現即身口設化，以此為緣熏習力，故令修善根也。

Second, directly explaining its marks. The Treatise: "Pervasively illuminating..." and so forth clarifies that when this dharma emerges free from the defilement of delusion, it then accomplishes the inconceivable transformations of the three wheels. Pervasively illuminating is the mental wheel discerning capacities; manifesting is the bodily and vocal wheels establishing transformations. Using this as the power of perfuming through conditions, it causes [sentient beings] to cultivate roots of goodness.
