12.61

舉上染心等者，舉上六染之心及無明，對於所障之境，束為二礙。以一切障染不離二種，所謂煩惱及以所知。今此染心及以無明二障分別，如何收攝？故此明之。

[Regarding] "Adducing the above defiled minds", and so on: it adduces the minds of the six defilements above and avidyā, and in contrast to the spheres that are obstructed, bundles them into two hindrances. For all defilements of obstruction do not depart from two kinds, namely, affliction (kleśa) and what is knowable (jñeya). Now, regarding these defiled minds and avidyā, how are they subsumed under the differentiation of the two hindrances? Therefore, this is clarified.
