12.62

標立，論二：初、惑障，二：初、標法定名。疏　六染心者，各取於中一分相續義。故以此一分喧擾動亂不寂靜故，名為煩惱。

[Regarding] the formulation: the treatise has two parts: first, the hindrance of delusion, in two parts: first, indicating the dharma and determining its name. The commentary's "six defiled minds": each takes a portion of the meaning of continuation within them. Because this portion is agitated, turbulent, and not tranquil, it is called kleśa.
