14.62

次定其位。隨義通論，迴向之心無處不有。今此所辨在於解行，過前種性劣於十地，以此測尋明在解行。以解行中隣於出道，故修迴向，隨順趣入。位別如是（此三門竟）。

Next, to determine its stage. Discussing it generally in accord with the doctrine, the mind of dedication exists everywhere. What is distinguished here now lies at the stage of understanding and practice (adhimukti-caryā): it surpasses the preceding lineage stage (gotra) and is inferior to the ten stages (bhūmis); inferring from this, it is clearly located in understanding and practice. Because within understanding and practice one is adjacent to the path of transcendence, one cultivates dedication to accord with and enter into it. Such is the distinction of stages.
