問：經云「世諦即第一義，隨順眾生說有二諦」，可得前兩節竝得作此說不？解云：竝得。一往正對凡夫，明唯真是諦、俗非諦。

Question: The sūtra states, "Conventional truth is itself the ultimate; it is in compliance with sentient beings that two truths are spoken of." Can both of the preceding two sections be explained in this way? Explanation: Both can. Provisionally facing ordinary persons directly, it clarifies that only the ultimate is truth, and the conventional is not truth.
