然則萬物果有其所以不有、有其所以不無。有其所以不有，故雖有而非有；有其所以不無，故雖無而非無。雖無而非無，無者不絕虛；雖有而非有，有者非真有。若有不即真、無不夷（平）跡（相）。

"Thus the myriad things truly have that whereby they are not existent, and have that whereby they are not non-existent. Having that whereby they are not existent, though existent they are not existent; having that whereby they are not non-existent, though non-existent they are not non-existent. Although non-existent, they are not non-existent: being non-existent, they do not cut off into vacuity; although existent, they are not existent: being existent, they are not truly existent. If existence were not identical with the true, non-existence would not level traces."
