故經云：「甚奇世尊！不動真際為諸法立處。」非離真而立處，立處即真也。

Therefore the sūtra says: "How extraordinary, World-Honoured One! Without moving from the true limit, the establishing grounds for all phenomena are set forth." It is not that establishing grounds are set forth apart from the true, but that the establishing grounds are themselves the true.
