所以下，略至人二字。初二句，承前釋成。處有居無，明不出也。不有不無，明不在也。次四句，躡前，雙示不住。故能下，結成。

From "therefore" downward, the two characters "consummate person" are omitted. The first two clauses follow from the above to explain and complete [the thought]. Dwelling in being and abiding in non-being clarify not transcending. Not being being and not being non-being clarify not abiding. The next four clauses follow up the previous to demonstrate both non-abidings. From "therefore he can" downward concludes the point.
