遂求有八：謂依四淨語起八聖語，四淨語謂四善語業，八聖語謂見言見等。

Fulfilling requests has eight [types]: namely, based on the four pure speeches, giving rise to the eight noble speeches. The four pure speeches are the four wholesome verbal actions; the eight noble speeches are speaking of what is seen as seen, and so forth.
