3.44

準七十五，有四緣捨：一決定發起受心不同分心；二於有識別大丈夫前故意發起棄捨語言；三總別毀犯四他勝法；四以增上品纏總別毀犯隨順四種他勝處法。

According to [fascicle] seventy-five, there are four conditions for forfeiture: first, resolutely producing a mind that is not of the same class as the mind that received [the precepts]; second, intentionally uttering words of abandonment in the presence of an adult capable of comprehension; third, generally or individually transgressing the four dharmas of defeat; fourth, generally or individually transgressing [dharmas] conforming to the four dharmas of defeat with an intensified superior entanglement.
