三、或有眾生於此世中於小乘及初教根不定故，堪入終教即便定者，即初時見轉小乘法輪，中時見轉空教法輪，後時見轉不空法輪，如《解深密經》等說者是。

Third: there may be sentient beings in this world who, because their capacities regarding Hīnayāna and the initial teaching are not fixed, are capable of entering the final teaching and then become fixed; thus at the initial time they see him turning the Dharma wheel of Hīnayāna, at the middle time they see him turning the Dharma wheel of the teaching of emptiness, and at the later time they see him turning the Dharma wheel of non-emptiness, such as what is stated in the Saṃdhinirmocana-sūtra and so forth.
