二、斷過者，如情之有即非真有，非真有故即斷有也。又若有者，即不隨染淨，染淨諸法既無自體，真又不隨，不得有法，亦是斷也。

Second, the fault of annihilation: existence according to subjective sentiment is precisely not true existence; because it is not true existence, it is annihilationist existence. Furthermore, if it were [substantially] existent, it would not accord with defilement and purity; since defiled and pure phenomena are already without self-nature, and the true also does not accord with them, phenomena cannot exist, which is also annihilation.
