4.66

一即具多名總相，多即非一是別相，
多類自同成於總，各體別異現於同。
一多緣起理妙成，壞住自法常不作，
唯智境界非事識，以此方便會一乘。

"The one possessing the many is named the universal characteristic;
The many being not the one is the particular characteristic.
The multiple categories are self-identical in establishing the universal;
Their respective substances are distinct yet manifest in the identical.
The marvelous dependent origination of one and many is subtly accomplished;
Disintegrating, they abide in their own phenomena and eternally do not act.
This is solely the realm of gnosis, not of worldly consciousness;
Through this upāya, converge with the One Vehicle."
