十、本收末者，如華藏界中以非劫為劫、劫即非劫，念等亦爾，以時無長短，離分限故，以染時分說彼劫故。以時無別體，依法上立，法既融通，時亦隨爾。於此無量時劫常說《華嚴》，初無休息。

Tenth, "the origin gathering the branches" means that, as in the Padmagarbha realm where non-kalpas are taken as kalpas and kalpas are non-kalpas, thought-moments and so forth are also like this, because time has neither length nor brevity, being free from demarcations, and because those kalpas are spoken of in terms of defiled divisions of time. Since time has no separate essence and is established upon phenomena (dharma), phenomena having fused and penetrated, time follows suit. In these immeasurable times and kalpas, the Avataṃsaka is constantly expounded, without any rest from the beginning.
