九、潛入無礙者，於眾生世間無礙自在，謂此佛身遍入一切眾生界中，如如來藏雖作眾生而不失自性，此亦同也。又亦總攝一切眾生，悉在如來一毛孔內，一切毛孔亦皆如是，經云「觀見如來一毛孔，一切眾生悉入中。」如是等。

Ninth, the unobstructed latent penetration: with respect to the world of sentient beings, there is unobstructed sovereignty; that is, this Buddha-body enters universally into all realms of sentient beings. Just as the tathāgatagarbha, though acting as sentient beings, does not lose its own nature, this is also the same. Furthermore, it also comprehensively embraces all sentient beings entirely within a single pore of the Tathāgata, and so it is with every pore. The sūtra says: 'Seeing a single pore of the Tathāgata, / All sentient beings completely enter into it,' and so forth.
