1.35

僧中，或唯凡僧，此約人天；或唯聲聞，此約小乘；或通三乘眾，此約三乘；或唯菩薩，此約一乘。

In the Saṅgha, it may be solely the ordinary saṅgha, according to devas and humans; or solely śrāvakas, according to the small vehicle; or penetrating the assemblies of the three vehicles, according to the three vehicles; or solely bodhisattvas, according to the one vehicle.
