右準斷云，其內典經書如上《母論》所判，其俗中九流傳集，並可重收，以久習多著樂世法故。若有紙墨，隨例重收，若本為法化須有鈔錄者，則同輕攝。

In deciding the above by analogy: for internal canonical scriptures and books, as judged above in the Matṛkā, and for collected writings of the nine secular schools, all may be collected as heavy property, because prolonged study leads to much attachment and pleasure in worldly phenomena. If there are paper and ink, they are collected as heavy property according to the precedent; if originally meant for the transformation through Dharma and requiring copying, they are subsumed under light property.
