東畔一院，名凡下出家處。門向東開。當出家時，忉利天王將上宮殿下來，布置兩院莊嚴。
The courtyard on the east side is called the Place Where Ordinary Beings Go Forth into Homelessness. Its gate opens to the east. Whenever an ordination of leaving home took place, the King of Trāyastriṃśa would bring down heavenly palaces from above to adorn and array both courtyards.
