次、明捨法。（準《僧祇》文。）「大德一心念！我某甲，此安陀會，是我三衣，數先受持，今捨。（一說。餘二準改。並須求明律者，對首作之。）」

Next, explaining the method of relinquishment (according to the text of the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya): "Venerable One, with focused mind, be mindful! I, so-and-so, this antarvāsaka is among my three robes that I previously received and maintained, and now I relinquish it. (Spoken once. Modify appropriately for the other two. In all cases, one must seek someone who understands the Vinaya and perform it face-to-face.)"
