次、歷忍善者，還約作、受，皆有違順。順是可意，違不可意。於違不瞋，於順不愛。無見、無見者，無作、無作者，皆如上說。

Next, passing through the good of patience: again, with reference to action and reception, both have the adverse and the favorable. The favorable is pleasing; the adverse is unpleasing. Toward the adverse, one does not anger; toward the favorable, one does not feel attachment. There is no seeing and no seer, no doing and no doer, all as explained above.
