3.120

三藏二諦已是方便，於二諦上更加中道；方便之上更復方便。照見此諦，更加佛眼；知此諦故，更加一切種智。離則有二，合則有三。是為三藏法中，二諦、三諦離合之相也。

The two truths of the Tripiṭaka are already an expedient; adding the middle way on top of the two truths is an expedient upon an expedient. Illuminating and seeing this truth adds the Buddha-eye; knowing this truth adds sarvākārajñatā. Separated, there are two; combined, there are three. This is the mark of separation and combination of the two truths and three truths within the Dharma of the Tripiṭaka.
