Furthermore, if one contemplates the mind as identical to the provisional and identical to the middle, this subsumes the sutra of the Huayan. If one contemplates the dharmas arising from conditions in the mind as arising and perishing, this subsumes the Tripiṭaka teachings of the Four Āgamas, the sutras resembling milk. If one contemplates the mind as identical to emptiness, this subsumes the shared prajñā, the sutras resembling curd. If one fully contemplates the dharmas arising from conditions in the mind as identical to emptiness, identical to the provisional, and identical to the middle, this subsumes the Vaipulya, the sutras resembling curd-butter. If one uses only identity with emptiness, identity with the provisional, and identity with the middle, this subsumes the Pañcaviṃśati (Dapin), the sutras resembling clarified butter. If one contemplates the mind using identity with the middle, this subsumes the Lotus Sutra, which reveals the great matter of the Buddha's knowledge and vision, the straightforward ghee sutra. If one contemplates the mind using the four propositions as mutually identical, this is the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra, where all together see the Buddha-nature, the ghee sutra.
