4.38

又波羅提木叉名「保得解脫」者，觀心亦爾。若不觀三諦之理，三惑保不解脫；若見三諦，三惑保脫。如此解脫，遍法界脫，非止解脫三途及出生死而已。

Furthermore, prātimokṣa means "guaranteed attainment of liberation"; contemplating the mind is also like this. If one does not contemplate the principle of the three truths, liberation from the three delusions is not guaranteed; if one sees the three truths, liberation from the three delusions is guaranteed. Such liberation liberates throughout the dharmadhātu, not stopping merely at liberation from the three destinies and emerging from birth and death.
