次、明知出世法藥者：如《大經》云：「或說信為道，或說樂欲，或說不放逸，或說精進，或說身念處，或說正定，或說修無常，或說蘭若處，或說為他說法，或說持戒，或說親近善友，或說修慈等也。」

Next, explaining knowing supramundane Dharma-medicines: as the Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra says, 'Some speak of faith as the path, some speak of aspiration, some speak of non-heedlessness, some speak of vigor, some speak of mindfulness of the body, some speak of right samādhi, some speak of cultivating impermanence, some speak of dwelling in an araṇya, some speak of expounding the Dharma for others, some speak of keeping the precepts, some speak of associating with good spiritual friends, some speak of cultivating benevolence, and so forth.'
