6.136

次、觀上根人授藥者：樂欲心廣，善根開闊，五濁已除，智慧又大。授無量四諦，生界外善；次第斷五住，得入中道。是為授即假藥治上根人。就此又為四，即是四門授藥，例上可知。

Next, observing and dispensing medicine to people of superior faculties: their desires are broad, their roots of goodness are wide, the five turbidities have already been eliminated, and their wisdom is also great. Dispensing the immeasurable four truths gives rise to goodness beyond the realms; sequentially severing the five abiding places, they gain entry into the middle way. This is dispensing the medicine of identity with provisionality to cure people of superior faculties. Regarding this, there are again four, which are dispensing medicine through four gates, as can be known by analogy with the above.
