8.68

若身體苦重、堅結疼痛、枯痺痿瘠，是地大病相；若虛腫脹胮，是水大病相；若舉身洪熱、骨節酸楚、噓吸頓乏，是火大病相；若心懸忽怳、懊悶忘失，是風大病相。

If the body is afflicted with heaviness, hard swellings and pain, or is withered, numb, paralyzed, and emaciated, these are symptoms of earth element disease. If there is dropsy, fullness, and bloating, these are symptoms of water element disease. If the entire body is burning hot, the joints ache, and breathing is abrupt and weak, these are symptoms of fire element disease. If the mind is restless and bewildered, distressed, and forgetful, these are symptoms of wind element disease.
