又面無光澤、手足無汗，是肝病相；面青皅，是心病相；面梨黑，是肺病相；身無氣力，是腎病相；體澁如麥糠，是脾病相。

Furthermore, a face without luster and hands and feet without perspiration are symptoms of liver disease; a pale and bluish face is a symptom of heart disease; a dark, sallow face is a symptom of lung disease; a lack of bodily strength is a symptom of kidney disease; and a body rough like wheat bran is a symptom of spleen disease.
