8.78

又但用止無方便成病者：若常止心於下，多動地病；常止心於上，多動風病；若常止心急撮，多動火病；若常止心寬緩，多動水病。

Furthermore, illnesses that arise solely from using calming without skillful means: if one constantly calms the mind below, it often stirs earth illnesses; if one constantly calms the mind above, it often stirs wind illnesses; if one constantly calms the mind with urgent tightness, it often stirs fire illnesses; if one constantly calms the mind loosely and slackly, it often stirs water illnesses.
