第三、棄五蓋者：一者、貪欲蓋；二、瞋恚蓋；三、睡眠蓋；四、掉悔蓋；五、疑蓋。

Third, abandoning the five hindrances: 1. the hindrance of sensual desire; 2. the hindrance of ill will; 3. the hindrance of drowsiness and torpor; 4. the hindrance of restlessness and regret; 5. the hindrance of doubt.
