Explanation: 'Having non-mental conceptualization' refers to the absorption of non-conceptualization. 'Is suffering, is defiled,' and so forth, is contemplating the faults and transgressive flaws of the absorption of non-conceptualization. 'If I can sever such non-conceptualization and non-non-conceptualization, this is called quiescent.' 'Non-conceptualization' refers to the absorption of non-conceptualization. 'And non-non-conceptualization' means having anticipated the faults of the higher stage, which should be severed. 'Is quiescent' means that because the absorption of neither-conceptualization is broken, one obtains the quiescence of nirvāṇa.
