2. The notion of decay: The practitioner further contemplates the corpse blown by the wind and exposed to the sun, growing larger, bursting and decaying upon the ground, the six parts shattered, the five viscera, feces, and urine overflowing with foul stench, the foul exudations already revealed. Contemplating the one I cling to with this, there is nothing lovely or enjoyable. I was deluded and deceived by this thin skin of a dung bag, like a moth darting into a flame, only coveting the bright light, without regard for the disaster of burning its body. One reflects on oneself: 'My body is also like this, not having escaped this dharma.' With one-pointed samādhi, one eliminates worldly covetous love.
