次明十地者，一歡喜（從此用中道觀破一分無明，顯一分三德，乃至等覺，俱名聖種性），此是見道位，又無功用位，百界作佛，八相成道，利益眾生，行五百由旬，初入實報無障閡土，初入寶所；二離垢地、三發光地、四焰慧地、五難勝地、六現前地、七遠行地、八不動地、九善慧地、十法雲地（已九地，地地各斷一品無明，證一分中道）。

Next, the ten grounds are explained: 1. Joy (from this point onward, using the contemplation of the Middle Way, one destroys one part of ignorance and manifests one part of the three virtues; up to virtual enlightenment, all are called the nature of sage seeds); this is the rank of the path of vision and also the effortless rank; one becomes a Buddha in a hundred realms, accomplishes the path through the eight marks, and benefits sentient beings; traveling five hundred yojanas, one first enters the Land of True Reward without Obstruction and first enters the treasure repository; 2. Ground of Freedom from Defilement, 3. Ground of Emitting Light, 4. Ground of Blazing Wisdom, 5. Ground of Difficult to Conquer, 6. Ground of Presence, 7. Ground of Far-Reaching, 8. Ground of Immovability, 9. Ground of Good Wisdom, and 10. Ground of Cloud of Dharma (in the previous nine grounds, each ground severs one grade of ignorance and realizes one part of the Middle Way).
