問：《義例》本論色、心不二之觀，先觀內心，約心融色，明不二觀，次歷色等任運各融。本既不論三法之觀，何以初觀己心，次歷生佛？豈非不解看讀耶？

Question: Yili originally discussed the contemplation of the non-duality of form and mind: first contemplating the internal mind and fusing form on the basis of mind to explain the non-dual contemplation, and next passing on to form and the rest so that each fuses spontaneously. Since it originally did not discuss the contemplation of the three dharmas, why do you first contemplate your own mind and next pass on to sentient beings and buddhas? Is it not that you do not know how to read the texts?
