Answer: The dragon girl attains the Way within the Perfect and Sudden teaching, and the Dharma body is suddenly manifested; when one is perfected, all are perfected; one body is all bodies; one land is all lands. Reward wisdom is suddenly illuminated. In the Lotus Store realm, body and land do not obstruct each other, and matter and mind cause no hindrance. Although she sits upon a jeweled lotus flower, its essence is the nature of empty space; this is the inconceivable, perfectly interfused great function of liberation. If so, what "distinctness" could there be? Those who receive prophecies in the three cycles to attain Buddhahood in the future are all dull-rooted śrāvakas who had never cultivated bodhisattva practices, which is why they must pass through dust-mote kalpas of cultivation and regulation. The dragon girl, however, is one who is swift in the vehicle and slack in the precepts; therefore she surpasses all at once and enters directly. As for not mentioning the kalpa, land, and name, this should be explained through the two prophecies of the general and the specific: in the general, they are not mentioned; in the specific, they exist.
