三師住寶雲，自幸得觀音幽贊，命匠造旃檀大悲像。像成，工有誤折手執楊枝，師驚且恐，即自接之，不施膠漆而泯合如故。即撰一十四願文，其略曰：己亥咸平二年四月，四明沙門遵式刻像，懼晦于後世。手題記云：沈淨月刻相貌，章淨修等須像財物。像成立于大法堂，召僧百人，奉行經法而證之。

Third: While residing at Baoyun, the master considered himself fortunate to receive the hidden assistance of Guanyin, and ordered craftsmen to carve an image of the Great Compassionate One out of sandalwood. When the image was completed, a craftsman accidentally broke the willow branch held in the hand. The master was startled and fearful, and immediately joined it back himself; without applying glue or lacquer, it seamlessly rejoined as before. He then composed a text of fourteen vows, the summary of which says: 'In the fourth month of the jihai year, the second year of Xianping, the Śramaṇa Zunshi of Siming carved this image, fearing it might be forgotten in later generations. His own inscription states: Shen Jingyue carved the facial features, and Zhang Jingxiu and others provided the wealth and materials needed for the image. The image was established in the Great Dharma Hall, and a hundred monks were assembled to practice the scriptural Dharma and bear witness to it.'
