次想二眼廣長，黑白分明，光明徹照。次想鼻脩高直如鑄金鋌。次想面部平滿無有唱𣇍。次想耳輪垂腄孔有七毛，光從毛內出，遍照佛身。次想脣色赤好，光明潤澤。次想齒白齊密，白如珂月，內外映徹。次想舌薄廣長柔軟，舌根下有二道津液注入咽筒，直入心王。佛心如紅蓮華，開而不開、合而不合，有八萬四千葉，葉葉相重。一一葉有八萬四千脈，一一脈有八萬四千光，一一光作百寶蓮華，一一華上有一十地菩薩，身皆金色，手持香華供養心王，異口同音歌讚心王。行者等作此想時，除滅罪障，得無量功德，諸佛菩薩歡喜，天神鬼神歡喜。

Next, visualize the two eyes, broad and long, the black and white clearly distinct, with radiance penetrating and illuminating. Next, visualize the nose, long, high, and straight, like a cast bar of gold. Next, visualize the face, flat and full, without any blemishes. Next, visualize the earlobes hanging down, with seven hairs within each ear canal, light emerging from within the hairs and shining everywhere upon the Buddha's body. Next, visualize the lips, fine and red in color, radiant and lustrous. Next, visualize the teeth, white, even, and dense, white as conch-shell or the moon, shining through inside and out. Next, visualize the tongue, thin, broad, long, and soft, with two streams of nectar beneath the tongue root pouring into the gullet and flowing straight into the citta-rāja. The Buddha's heart is like a red lotus flower, open yet not open, closed yet not closed, having eighty-four thousand petals, petal upon petal layered one after another. Each petal has eighty-four thousand veins; each vein has eighty-four thousand rays of light; each ray of light becomes a lotus flower of a hundred jewels; upon each flower there is a bodhisattva of the tenth bhūmi, their bodies all golden, holding incense and flowers in their hands to make offerings to the citta-rāja, singing praises to the citta-rāja with different mouths but a single voice. When practitioners and others generate this visualization, they eradicate sinful obstacles, attain immeasurable merit, and bring joy to all Buddhas and bodhisattvas, as well as to celestial and earthly spirits.
