青林到參，師問曰：「近離什麼處？」林云：「武陵。」師曰：「武陵法道何似此間？」云：「胡地冬抽筍。」師曰：「別甑炊香飯，供養於此人。」林拂袖便出。師曰：「此子向後走殺天下人在。」

Qinglin came to visit. The Master asked, "Where did you leave recently?" Lin said, "Wuling." The Master said, "What is the Dharma way of Wuling like compared to this place?" He said, "In the barbarian land, winter sprouts bamboo shoots." The Master said, "Steam fragrant rice in a separate steamer to make an offering to this man." Lin flicked his sleeves and walked right out. The Master said, "In the future, this fellow will run all the people under heaven to death."
