1.95

舉：「南泉問僧：『不思善、不思惡，思總不生時，還我本來面目來。』僧云：『無容止可露。』」師曰：「還曾將示人麼？」

[The Master] cited: "Nanquan asked a monk, 'Think neither of good nor of evil. When thought does not arise at all, bring back your original face to me.' The monk said, 'There is no appearance that can be exposed.'" The Master said, "Have you ever brought it to show people?"
