上堂，大眾集定，云：「風不來，樹不動。」便下座。代云：「樹折船沈。」

Ascending the hall, when the assembly had settled, he said, "If the wind does not come, the trees do not move." Then he stepped down from the seat. Answering on their behalf, he said, "The tree breaks, the boat sinks."
