上堂云：「乾坤側，日月星辰一時黑，作麼生道？」代云：「好事不如無。」

Ascending the hall, he said, "Heaven and earth tilt, sun, moon, and stars all at once go black. What do you say?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "A good thing is not as good as nothing."
